What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers the information privacy management practices used by MyWorkHours.com, LLC when dealing with information about site visitors, company account registrations, individual user profiles, profiles with account administrator privileges, support issues, and surveys. This statement does not apply to the practices of companies that are not owned or controlled by MyWorkHours.com, LLC.

General Practices

Any information collected is used as part of our internal business practices. We do not make any attempt to obtain information that personally identifies our users unless it is intentionally provided.
Information collected is used to identify demographics relative to users who access the site. This helps to determine what content and business concepts are working for us and/or are of interest to persons that access the site. It also helps us to assess and improve site features, technical design specifications, and systems performance.

MyWorkHours.com collects certain information about users who visit and access the Site. This information is categorized into certain categories and privacy levels. What is done with the information collected depends on the category in which the visitor falls.

Category II: Company Account Registration

Information is collected and stored when someone registers for a company account. This information may include the:
- company name and address;

- number of people that may need individual profiles;
- number of months to pay for.
Any information that we collect in this way is used for purposes of uniquely identifying the registered company, contacting someone (if needed) regarding the account, or otherwise setting up the company account. Additionally, the information may be used to notify the company of promotional offers regarding services or products offered by MyWorkHours.com.
It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

Category III: Individual Profiles
|
Anyone who has a sign in account also has an individual profile.
Personally identifiable information is collected and stored when an individual profile is created. This information may include:
- the first, last and shortened name of the person;
- an email address and phone number;
- a username and password;
- job assignments and available work hours;
- other work scheduling information.
Information within individual profiles is not used by MyWorkHours.com to individually communicate with or to otherwise contact the person unless the person is thought to be in breach of the Terms of Use Agreement. It should be noted that users may request that their email address be used to send them automated notifications from MyWorkHours.com about scheduling events that have occured within their account.
It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

Category IV: Account Administrators

The information gathered for account administrators is the same as every other person with an individual profile described in Category III. The difference is that when someone is designated as an account administrator they are automatically designated as a contact person for the company account. This means that MyWorkHours.com may use their contact information to contact them regarding the account.
Additionally, the administrator contact information may be used to notify the administrator of promotional offers regarding services or products offered by MyWorkHours.com.
It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

Category V: Support Issues

When support issues are submitted, users have the option to provide contact information different from the information in their individual profile. This information is used (if needed) to support the issue and to more effectively resolve the support issue.

Category VI: Surveys
|
Users may occasionally be given the opportunity to participate in online surveys. Survey participation is completely voluntary and the user therefore can choose whether or not they want to provide such information. MyWorkHours.com, facilitates communication and provides for the sharing of information between users that have been created within the same company account. This makes personally identifiable information available to other users of the system within the same company account.
While MyWorkHours.com, provides companies the ability to limit access to information within the company account, please be aware that MyWorkHours.com, LLC has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies of the companies that have registered for company accounts.

Children Under 13: MyWorkHours.com's services are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. MyWorkHours.com does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for their personal information. If MyWorkHours.com discovers that it has collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, the information will be removed from the database.
